ABSTRACT

This research paper examines the training and profitability of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the tap industry in the district of Satipo, Peru from 2018. A survey was conducted with 20 entrepreneurs who were asked about financial management training and the impact of training on profitability. The results found that 95% of entrepreneurs did not receive financial credit management training. 85% said that training improved company profitability, while 5% said profitability did not change and 10% did not provide an opinion.

ABSTRACT
This research work, entitled: "Training and profitability of the mype in the area of
taps in the district of Satipo, has as a general objective, to describe the main characteristics
of the training and the profitability of the mype in the heading of faucets in the district of
Satipo, 2018. The investigation was descriptive, to carry it out a 20-sample of 20 was
chosen from a total of 30, to whom a questionnaire of 18 questions was applied, using the
technique of the survey, the results obtained are as follows: 95% of the entrepreneurs
surveyed said they did not receive financial credit management training. 85% of the
sample studied said that training did improve the profitability of their companies, while
05% said that their profitability did not improve or decrease and 10% did not want to
express their opinion on the subject.
