OBSERVATION DETAIL
Observation Description Job Safety Analysis register was adequately reviewed for site activities.
Total of 18 JSA's has been established. JSA/IOIGEMS/018 for Prevention
of Virus Transmission (COVID­19) dated 16/3/2020 reviewed & noted that: 
1. The JSA register dated 19.3.2020 rev. 1 the linkage between method
statement & JSA was blank
2. All the Hazard of COVID­19 was unlikely to happen & the risk rating was
LOW. However current situation indicates that the likelihood of the
COVID19 outbreak is MEDIUM or HIGH to the workers because cases
among foreign workers are increasing. 
3. The LOR for COVID­19 not captured in the JSA form
4. Opportunities circumstances that can lead to improvement of OHS
performance not been address such as:
a) using new technologies to improve OHS
b) action/performance (using QR code for temperature screening)
c) Trained security guard for COVID19 
d) improving the process(es) for worker consultation and participation for
COVID19 prevention
