The Estates at Acqualina, a new $1.8 billion residential development, and Italian brand

Group unveil sophisticated residential interior designs at the development in Miami’s Sunny
Isles Beach opening in 2021. With a combination of design and technology, modularity
and accessories, it is the perfect match of two luxury brands steeped in rich history and

The Estates at Acqualina will offer 248 luxurious residences from four to seven bedrooms
in two, 50-story towers. Custom-made kitchens, modern bathrooms and the oversized

express extraordinary attention to detail and meticulous research for sourcing the most
