I am Yhazeerna C. Tutanes, 28 years old, a resident of Purok Banaba Veterans Village Ipil,
Zamboanga Sibugay. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing of Universidad De Zamboanga and
Registered Nurse. I am seeking for an employment opportunity as Nurse I under Nurse Deployment
Project.

I am very interested in moving my nursing career forward working under Nurse Deployment
Project. I believe that I have the capacity to perform the duties and responsibilities assigned for the
position if given a chance. I am currently deployed as Nurse I-Public Health Associate in Siay Zamboanga
Sibugay. I have had the opportunity to work also in several settings, including medical-surgical,
pediatric care, and emergency room. These experiences enable me to develop strong skills that
prepare me for the challenges in nursing and be able to provide care to a diverse patient population.
