Civil Work and having valid Pakistan Engineer Council (PEC) License 2020 for the work:-

1. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of Deputy Director Road-V, CDA
located at Old Naval Headquarter Room No.43, Sector G-6, Melody, Islamabad on cash
payment as mentioned above per set (Non-Refundable) during working hours on before
10.08.2020 up to 02:00 P.M against written request which should be on letter head pad
having name, address, phone No’s and signature of the contractor. No tender will be sold
on the date of opening of the tender.

2. The prospective bidders are required to submit Bid Security (Deposit at Call)
amounting to Rs.2748300/- in favor of Deputy Director Road-V, CDA, issued from any
scheduled bank against firm’s account. Name of Firm should be clearly mentioned on
instrument (Deposit at Call). Tender documents shall not be issued without Earnest
Money.

3 Application for issuance of tenders will be received up to 10.08.2020 (02:00 PM). No


application will be entertained / received after given date and time.

4. Certificate is required on judicial stamp paper worth of Rs.50/- their firm are not
involved any litigations .

5. Application for issuance of tender documents must be accompanied with valid copies of
PEC License obtaining Tender Category C-4 & above for the year 2020, NTN Certificate,
CNIC, Registration of Firm / Partnership Deed / Sole Proprietorship / Power of Attorney /
Authority Letter from the contractor in favor of their representative. No tender will be
issued without showing all required document in “ORIGINAL”.

6. Tender bids will be received and opened on above date and time in the office of Director
Roads (South), CDA located at Room No.59, Ground Floor (Old Naval H/Qrts) Islamabad.

7.. Tender rates on percentage basis should be filled in figures as well as in words.

8. The tender documents must be accompanied with Non Relationship Certificate, NTN
Certificate, Non Judicial Stamp Paper worth of Rs.50/- or above & professional Tax
Certificate from Excise & Taxation Department. No tender will be entertained without
these documents.

9. CDA reserves the right to accept or reject any / all tenders as per PPRA Rules. No
conditional tender will be entertained
