04, Bidding / Tender Documents.
iJ Contract documents and other terms and conditions can be seen and issued from office of the
undersigned on payment of tender fees shown agains! work or can be downloaded from the official
website of SPPM i.e "geplSlirldh,Stpy,pY'. The bid security mentioned above in the shape of call
Provincial Highway Division Hyderabad showing on account of (Name of firm] should be
attached with the Technical Bid
/ Tenders, otherwise such tenders will not be entertained.
ii) The tender will be opened in presence of the Procurement Committee / participating contractors /

Iudicial Stamp Paper from owner.
ix) In case of Firm, giving full particulars of Directors / Proprietors or other connected information along
with Power ofAttorney. In case ofbeing sole proprietors such undertaking on Affidavit be furnished.
x) Undertaking on stamp paper that firm is not involved in any kind of litigation with, any departmental
rift, abandoned or unnecessary delay in completion of any work awarded to him.
xiJ Affidavit to this effect that the Firm / Contractor have not been black listed previously by any
executing agency.
xii) The Tenders should be submitted along with the above required documentation
/ Information. Ifsuch
lack the tender will not be considered by the procurement committee and no excuse will bc
entertained.
