MOTION TO SET HEARING THROUGH VIDEO


CONFERENCE WITH SUBMISSION OF JUDICIAL
AFFIDAVITS
DEFENDANT, through the undersigned counsel, and to this
Honorable Court, most respectfully states THAT:

1. Pursuant to Administrative Circular 41-2020 RE: Court


Operations Beginning June 1, 2020 and Supreme Court Public
Information Office announcement dated May 31, 2020, courts
in areas under General Community Quarantine may hold
hearings in criminal and civil cases through videoconferencing
provided that a proper motion is filed;

2. As per order of this Honorable Court, this case is set for pre-
trial conference on djfhjdshfjdshfjkds at jfdjdkshf;

3. Unfortunately, however, the undersigned

4. In view of the foregoing, the undersigned most respectfully


seeks the kind indulgence of this Honorable Court in setting the
