JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PARTIES

We, Radjie A. Busa and Richard C. Anero , of legal ages, Filipino Citizens,
and currently residing at Brgy. Inayawan Cebu City Philippines and Brgy.
Mambaling Cebu City Philippines respectively , after having been duly sworn in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

That we personally know FRIDAY ESCARIO MULLE who was born on


April 2, 1999 , in Pili Madridejos Cebu Philippines and the son of Genara
Escario and Timoteo Mulle

That upon verification of his various records, discrepancy of the date of


marriage of his parents had been noted to wit:

May 5, 1977 @ Madridejos Cebu – as appeared in the Marriage Contract of


his parents

May 5, 1978 @ Madridejos Cebu – as appeared in his Certificate of Live


Birth

That the two conflicting date of marriage which is May 5, 1977 and May 5,
1978 as appeared in the afore-named documents refers to one and the same
marriage of his parents;

That the discrepancy of entries of the date of marriage in the above-


mentioned documents is just a product of mere oversight and the correct date of
marriage should be May 5, 1977 as entered in the Marriage Contract of his
parents;

That we are not related to the said Family either by affinity or by consanguinity
and we have no pecuniary interest in constituting this Affidavit;

That we are executing this Affidavit in order to attest the veracity of the
foregoing facts and for whatever legal purpose that this may serve.
