personal plan, and is designed to facilitate your growth, development and advancement.
Always use the SMART model when setting goals: Specific, Measurable, Attainable,
Realistic and within a specific Timeframe.
Plan Period: From - September 2020 To - September 2025
My Current Position: I'm currently studying business level 3 second year at shipley
college and I have got 7 distinctions out of 9 units.
My Long-Term Goal: to finish the second year of level 3 with 9 distinctions and go on
to university and after that do a graduate training scheme to become a Marketing
manager of a business.
Intermediate Steps Over the Next Five Years to Reach My Goal
Try to set two or three short term goals (i.e. those in the next 2 years) and
the remainder for the medium term (following 3 years)
My goal for this year is to first get distinction in all of the 9 remaining units
Year One so I will leave college with D*D*D* and by achieving that I will get into high
level and good courses at university and also another goal that I have for
this year is to find a job or a placement so I can get more work experience
and also it's required that we have 2 years of work experience.
by this year I will hopefully have left college with all D* and I'm at
Year Two university studying Marketing management and the goal is to be already
at the accommodation and get all the assignments that i have at university
done at the highest standard and also another goal that I have for this
year is to find a part time job in a retail because I would like to get better
at customer service skills, I'm good at it but I think I can get better
because if I want to become a Marketing manager I should be able to
communicate clearly and with customer service it requires patience and
good communication and being able to listen.
My goal for this year is to Keep on top of my assignments at university
Year Three because I have heard that from the second year it will get quite hard so I
will need to work best as I can to make sure I get high grades so I can
move on to 3rd year of university.
this is going to be my 3rd year of university and it could ether be my last
Year Four year of the year before my last but either way my goal is to perform as
best as I can and get high grades and also to work on learning new skills
maybe like how to sign because it can be a very good plus and not many
people have that skill and I think it will look good on my CV.
This could be either my final year at university or my first year at Graduate
Year Five training scheme with a company, I haven't yet decided on which course I
want to do at University and there are both 3 year and 4 year courses so if
I'm on the 4th year of university my goal is to graduate and go on to a
graduate turning scheme with a big company like airway British, However
If its was a 3 year course at the university my goal is to look for a graduate
training scheme because I want to carry on my studies and also work at
the same time so I can get eperinc on what I will be doing.

To become a Marketing manager First I need to finish my college with good grades then
go on to university and finish that with a high grade then I can either go to apply for work
or a graduate training chem which i am most likely going to do and that way I will
become a Marketing manager.
How can others help me accomplish these objectives?
The first people that can help me and push me to go to university are my Tutors.
Alos my parents can support me and motivate me to carry on my studies.
And after all my university lectures to answer any question that I might have.

While in university, if I have free time I should take a sign 2022 2023
language course because I already know a persion which is
my first language and english and adding signs to my
languages would make me much better and more desirable
to an employer.
