INFORMATION FOR CONTRACTORS
The Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) hereby solicits initial screening for the work
described below.
Title: General Bid Slate for Tank Cleaning, Repair & Painting Services
Location of Work: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Brief Description of Work:
The work to be performed under this work type shall be for, Tank Cleaning, Repair & Painting
Services as requested by Saudi Aramco. The work shall include but not limited to:
1. Removal of sludge from tanks
2. Hydrojetting of tank internals for inspection of internals, shell and coating
3. Mechanical repairs of tanks
4. Hydro-test where necessary
5. Removal and replacement of anodes and associated brackets and fixings
6. Tank internal and external abrasive blasting
7. Tank internal and external coating
8. Provision of all required internal and external scaffolding
9. Scaffolding Inspection.
Pre-qualification Requirements:
Interested contractors that can demonstrate successful and verifiable contract experience and
capabilities in this type of work are requested to complete the initial screening questionnaire
(Exhibit A,B, and C) and submit it in a PDF format via email to the below Contracting

To be considered, contractor must have sufficient specialized experience in this type of
work and adequate numbers of qualified manpower and equipment.
A Saudi Aramco Pre-qualification Evaluation Team will evaluate all submittals fairly and in
accordance with the applicable evaluation criteria. This will include verification of contractor
information and visits to contractor work sites.
