Land Rights Waiver Agreement

WAIVER OF RIGHTS WITH UNDERTAKING

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

xxxxxxxxx, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, married and both resident of Bulua,
Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines and xxxxxxxxx of legal age, Filipino Citizen, married
and both resident of Bulua, Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines and xxxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxxx of legal age, Filipino Citizen, married and a resident of Acmac Iligan City,
herein after called as the WAIVANTS/VENDOR;

-AND–

xxxxxxxxx of legal age, Filipino Citizen, married to xxxxxxxxx and a resident


of Zone 5 Patag, Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental, Philippines, herein hereinafter
called as the WAIVEE/VENDEE;

WITNESSETH:

That the WAIVANTS/VENDOR are the heirs of the late xxxxxxxxx and
xxxxxxxxx, who is an heir-in-interest on a parcel of land, and is more particularly
described as follows, to wit:

1.That for and in consideration of Eighty Thousand (Php160,000.00)


Philippine Currency, the WAIVANTS hereby WAIVE, RENOUNCE,
RELINQUISH, and CEDE all their rights and/or interest over the above-
stated parcel of land in favor of the WAIVEE/VENDEE, for a PORTION
of TWO HUNDRED (200) Square meters.

2.That the WAIVANTS hereby undertake to deliver the proper documents


for the transfer of property together with their co-heirs’ execution of
proper documents.

3.That the WAIVANTS will turn over all their actual and constructive
possession to the WAIVEE.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, PARTIES hereunto affix their signatures this _________
