I As Leader

A leader brings success to an organization through certain key qualities, such as being charismatic, optimistic, a good team player, competent, and able to solve problems. While leadership qualities can be innate, they are also developed through life experiences and environmental influences. An effective leader creates a democratic environment that builds rapport among team members, allowing them to feel empowered, resolve conflicts easily, and improve the quality of their work. Additionally, a leader must be able to anticipate and calmly handle problems as they arise, without giving up, in order to guide the team or community toward achieving its goals. Anyone can become a leader by having faith in themselves and not being afraid to learn from mistakes.

“I as Leader”

Nowadays, different nations, business or private organization are rising above all the drawbacks
in this competitive world. Each of them has or have their own techniques in adapting to survive and
innovate. But one thing in common is behind every successful the organization is a qualified leader. But
how does a leader work? What about his qualities? And someday, am I capable of becoming a good
leader?

Vince Lombardi once said “Leaders are not born, they are made”. A leader’s qualities are
developed or shaped overtime. It can be hereditary or influenced by his or her environment. A leader as
a head of community, decisions and character are should be objective and not subjective as it is crucial
to how a community will grow. He or she can be a source of the team’s confidence or fear and later, be
a reason for the team’s success or loss. I believe that a leader who has the qualities of being charismatic,
optimistic, good team player, competent and a problem solver can bring the success to the organization
or a community goals.

Today, after all the hardships, downfall and the pressure I’ve experienced in my life. I am certain
that I can be a leader someday that brings a democratic environment as it also personality as it matches
my characteristics can bring a lot of benefits. In the group or team’s perspective, aside from the high
technology and the advancement of machineries or any tools and equipment, another factor that can
bring success to a group is by exercising a democratic environment it will a build rapport or the close and
harmonious relationship among the members of the team. Because in this way pressure and
competition will not be practice. And it will exercise their freedom, and resolved conflicts easily which
can improve the quality of their outputs Instead they will become more considerate and understand
other’s feelings, helping one another and in increasing the confidence of every member of the group
which can exercise their creativity and improve their skill, for them to develop their upmost potential in
work

In the perspective as leader, people’s mind set is go for happiness and away from toxicity and
that is the benefit of being a charismatic. In times of problems, being a good team player you can let the
people feel a sense of comfort and can cheer them because people need something or someone who
can give them a sense of direction and help, not who will drag them down. And a leader must always be
competent at all times as you serve as a back bone or the source of fortitude. In a nature problems are
always part of development and as leader you must always ready to anticipate it as it is inevitable. He or
she should not collapse easily, as it will consume them and get lost of the primary objective. This is
possible by calmly and confidently handling every problems one at time, little by little. And giving up is
never and will never be an option.

To sum everything up, a leader is not defined by how he works but by his outputs. It can be
abstract such as the environment or concrete like the products or projects. And anyone can be leader by
themselves. It just take a one leap of faith across the fog of war. Do not be afraid to commit mistakes
because part of it will make us grow. As what Vince Lombardi once said “Leaders are not born, they are
made”
