Clarification Sheet

1.
SUPCON Reply: followed, please refer to revised BOM

2.
SUPCON Reply: According to data sheet, this is an on/off valve. Please explain why positioner
is also required.
If it is modified to be a control valve, please send revised data sheet accordingly.  Al-Shukur Reply:-
Revised data sheet is attached

3.
SUPCON  Reply:  Conformed,  the  bellows  material  is  PTFE  and  the  positioner  has  4~20mA
Output. Al-Shukur
  Reply:-
In data sheet Stem Material is still HC-276 should be SS316

4.
SUPCON Reply: Followed, this tag is deleted, please refer to revised BOM.

5.
SUPCON Reply: Followed, please refer to revised BOM.

6.
SUPCON Reply: Followed, please refer to revised BOM.

7.
SUPCON Reply: Followed, please refer to revised BOM. For this tag, based on our calculation,
the  opening  at  normal  flowrate  is  larger  than  the  opening  at  max.  flowrate.  Please  kindly
check if the process data is correct or not.  Al-Shukur Reply:-
Revised data sheet is attached

8.
SUPCON Reply: Followed, please refer to revised BOM.

10.
SUPCON Reply: Followed, please refer to revised BOM. For accurate selection, please kindly
provide revised data sheet.

11.
SUPCON Reply: We confirm the offered magnetic flow meters have integral flow counter and
pulse output. Please refer to revised BOM for more information.

12.
SUPCON Reply: Followed, please refer to revised BOM.

13. Temperature Transmitters:
SUPCON Reply: The insertion length, flange size and tag numbers are modified according to
your comments. Please refer to the revised BOM.
Besides, based on your request at last meeting, the output signal should be modified from
4~20mA output to 4~20mA HART output. In this clarification, we propose to remain 4~20mA
output. Firstly, we configured 4~20mA output in our offer according to the data sheet. If
HART output is required, there will be some cost increase. Secondly, we think that it is not
very necessary to do it. Because HART function is mainly for convenience of local range
modification by using HART communicator. But for temperature transmitters, we seldom do
this. Anyhow, please kindly instruct.  Al-Shukur Reply:-
We required HART output
Financial impact will be followed by Mr. Abdul Razzaq with SUPCON

14.

Al-Shukur Reply:-
SUPCON Reply: Based on discussion at last meeting, the display unit will be mm. We required Display unit selectable mm
and % level

15.
SUPCON Reply: Followed, please refer to the revised BOM.

16.
SUPCON Reply: Please kindly provide DP range, too.  Al-Shukur Reply:- 0-300 mbar

17. L‐2601, L‐2602, L‐2701A, L‐2701B, L‐2711A, L‐2711B, L‐2711C, L‐2901A, L‐2901B, L‐2901C:
SUPCON Reply: Based on your comments, the lower side diaphragm should be Tantalum. As
these tags are single fanged direct mounting DP level transmitters, please kindly specify if the
lower side of these tags is wetted parts or not. We think that the lower side is open to the
atmosphere, so SS316L diaphragm should be OK.   Al-Shukur Reply:-
We required Low side diaphragm material as per High side diaphragm
material. In future we may use Low side as wetted part.
18. L‐3201A, L‐3201B, L‐3201C
SUPCON Reply: Followed, please refer to the revised BOM. The higher side measuring
element is modified to Nickle and the lower side is SS316L.

19.
SUPCON Reply: Based on discussion at last meeting, we modified the brand to Beijing Brighty,
who have tantalum diaphragm solution for the tags with micro range. Please kindly refer to
the revised BOM.
