iPASOLINK VR QoS Configuration on Robi Network
Configuration Process
➢ Step-1: Provisioning>QoS/Classification setting>Classify Setting> Classification mode>Port
Based QoS Mode.
➢ Step-2: Edit Profile>Profile(Port)1>DSCP> Classify Priority mapping As per attached excel
sheet.
➢ Step-3: Assign Profile(Port)1 on used Eth port & Modem >Transparent to Profile(Port)1.
➢ Step-4: Default Port Priority will be zero>Priority Overwrite will be unchecked.
➢ Step-5: Shaper setting>Number of Queue:8 Class QoS>VLAN Shaper: Disable.
➢ Step-6: Edit Profile>Profile No:1>Drop Mode: WRED.
➢ Step-7: Edit Profile>Profile No:1>Drop Mode: WRED>Scheduling asper attached> DWRR
Weight: as per attached> Queue Length: As per attached.
➢ Step-8: Edit Profile>Profile No:2>Drop Mode: WRED>Scheduling asper attached> DWRR
Weight: as per attached> Queue Length: As per attached.
➢ Step-9: Apply Profile 1 on used Eth Port.
➢ Step-10: Apply Profile 2 on used Modem Port.

Number of Queue: 8 Classes QoS
We created 2 profile. One for Eth port &
another for Modem. All of the Eth port are
1Gbps so no need to large buffer.
