DSP Productivity Review Sheet

This document is a monthly review sheet for direct sales personnel (DSP) productivity at a dealership. It includes each DSP's name, total deliveries over the last 3 months, their average monthly deliveries over that period, the expected deliveries for the current month, their classification (Fresher, Average, Star), and an action plan section. DSPs are classified based on their average monthly deliveries and number of open sales opportunities. The dealer or manager must sign the sheet and send it to the area manager each month.

If DSP doesn’t have minimum no. of 3 HP in hand as on date OR Avg Deliv Last 3

Note :
If Average Deliv Last 3 months is between 0.5 to 1.5 or Last 3 months Dealer Avg AND
Average No of open HP is greater than or equal to 3 [ 1.5 or Last 3 months Dealer Avg - SIGNATURE OF DEALER / MANAGER
