Hot Chocolate Recipe Card

To make Mexican hot chocolate: 1. Chop or grate chocolate and set aside. Heat milk to just below a simmer then remove from heat. 2. Slowly mix in chocolate, stirring frequently until dissolved. 3. Return mixture to stove and rewarm over low heat, frothing with a whisk. Serve hot and frothy.
