2.1 Erection of New Partition Wall
Carry out masonry repairs to all internal and exterior wall

2.3 Relocation of staircase  
2.4 Slab repair and sealing for relocated staircase  
Carry out structural masonry repairs to all internal walls where

the masonry is cracked and blown  
3 Painting Works ₱409,405.00
All walls internal and exterior shall be cleaned and power

washed if needed, all cracks sealed with a masonry / tape sealer.  
All internal walls shall be patched where cracks are evident and
to be primed to with two coats BOYSEN® Permacoat™ Flat

Latex #701 and two coats of BOYSEN® Permacoat™ Latex as per
approve color  
All exterior walls shall be patched where cracks are evident and
to be primed to with two coats BOYSEN® Acrytex™ Primer

#1705 and two coats of BOYSEN® Acrytex™ Topcoat as per
approve color  
4 Electrical Works -
4.1 Reinstallation of all electrical outlets, switches and lights.  
5 Carpentry -
5.1 Make repairs to all clear storey windows  
5.2 Make repairs to all shutters and door openings
