AT THE BARANGAY SESSION HALL, BARANGAY DUPLIGAN, TANUDAN, KALINGA ON SEPTEMBER 15,
2019 AT 9:00 IN THE MORNING.
APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. _09_ s. 2019
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF SIXTY TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY
NINE PESOS AND TWENTY CENTAVOS (62,539.2) FOR INCENTIVE OF THE FOUR NEW CREATED BHW
POSITION TO MEET THE REQUIREMENT TARGET POSITION OF THE BARANGAY DUPLIGAN;
Be it enacted by the Sangguniang Barangay of barangay Dupligan, Tanudan, Kalinga in session assembled that:
Section 1. The total amount of sixty two thousand five hundred thirty nine pesos and twenty centavos (62,539.2) from the
increased personal services budget FY 2020, proposed as incentive for the four new created BHW position;
Section 2. Said amount is hereby appropriated for the payment of incentives of the four new created BHW position;
Section 3. Separability Clause – If for any reason, any section or provision of this ordinance is declared unconstitutional
or invalid by competent authority, other provisions hereof unaffected thereby shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 4. Effectivity – this ordinance shall take effect upon approval unless otherwise provided herein.
Let a copy of this ordinance be furnished to the Municipal Budget and Accounting Office for information and
appropriate action.
Enacted this 27th day of September 2019 on motion of HON.MATEO WAGASON duly seconded in a regular session of
the Sangguniang Barangay of Dupligan, Tanudan, Kalinga.

8:00 0CLOCK IN THE MORNING.
RESOLUTION NO._06 s. 2020
A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING THE AMONUT OF Ph. 46,500.00 FOR THE GRADUATION OF THE 32
BHW, BNS FOR THEIR TRAINING AND THE INAGURATION OF THE WATER SYSTEM OF BAWAC
DUPLIGAN, TANUDAN, KALINGA.
WHEREAS, it is a statutory mandate under the Department of Health (DOH) and Barangay Local
Government Unit of Dupligan, Tanudan to accommodate the trainors from the Committee of German Doctors for
Developing Countries Incorporation;
WHEREAS, through the initiative of the Barangay officials of Barangay Dupligan, the conducted for the 31
days training of the BHW and BNS held at the Barangay Hall, with the German Doctors with their companion
were stay in at the Barangay hall for thirty one days, and their accommodation were the counterpart of the
Barangay Dupligan;
WHEREAS, the amount of FORTY SIX THOUSAND & FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (46,500.00) was culled
out from the traveling expenses of the Barangay officials and Barangay employees were realigned and utilized for
the expenses of the graduation and inauguration of the water system constructed by the MLGU and the German
Doctors;
WHEREFORE, on motion of HON.MATEO WAGASON, Committee Chairman on Appropriation, duly
seconded, be it;
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved that, the Forty Six Thousand & five hundred pesos only (46,500.00)
was spent during the sencrunized activities for graduation day of the BHW, BNS and INAGURATION OF THE
WATER SYSTEM, dated on October 30, 2020 held at the Biga Elementary School.
UNANIMOUSLY CARRIED this 27th day of October, 2020, at Barangay Hall, Dupligan, Tanudan,
Kalinga.
