research interest, so that he/she would be guided in selecting the adviser, panel members and in
developing a research proposal. Use simple words and sentences. Please submit the complete and

Proposed Title:
Effects of Lockdown and School Closure in Community College of Manito Students due to
COVID-19 Outbreak.

COVID-19 has really devastating effects on the education of the students of
Community College of Manito. It has a lot of barriers that affects educational activities of CCMians
and instructors.
My research is expected to provide some motivational activities that can be done at
home even without internet access through offline educational video and audio presentations,
e-reading materials as well -modules to still arouse the eagerness of the students to learn in
spite of the pandemic.
Even though the pandemic is over my contribution can still be beneficial to the students
of Community College of Manito.

I’ll do a survey on how effective virtual education is during the COVID-19
lockdowns.
Though, technology can be used to remedy some of the gaps from school closures
but it cannot replace the important effect of face-to-face interactions by students and
teachers. Besides, many students do not have the necessary access to supportive
technologies which makes it harder to maximize the potentials of learning technology
during school closures. Also, lack of opportunities for virtual/online learning for
underprivileged learners especially those in rural areas will have an access to my
contribution as stated on what I can provide in my study.

Students due to COVID-19 Outbreak?
2. What factors affects the learning of CCMians during the Covid-19 Pandemic?

The study will adopt a survey design.
