INTRODUCTION
WIPEITOUT is a symbol of laundry, dry-cleaning and pressing excellence. Our professional
laundry experts exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing of garments/linens. We have
developed our laundry & dry-cleaning processes to suit best to the nature and conditions of
each individual garment such as your shirt, trouser, coat, kameez, saree, etc and winter wears
of ladies and gentlemen.

New App Based Online Laundry Service


We are going to launch a new application based online laundry service where you can
download the app from play store or apple store, place order and our man will be at
customer’s door to pick the dirty cloths and after washing them they will deliver it to
customer’s doorstep again.

What makes all the other online laundry system different from us is our company has an app.
Our app will support ISO and android devices. We are going to develop our app by a
professional App developer from www.upwork.com. We will hire Full Stack Company. They
are going to help us develop costumed our app. And everyone in Bangladesh can download
this app for free!!

1. Stack big to small: pants first, then shirt, then socks and tie.
2. Eco-Friendly Paper bag: we use good quality paper bag which will be eco-friendly
and won’t pollute the environment.
3. Twist and compress: squeeze the air but don’t crush the clothes.
4. Twist tie and bun: We won’t tie a knot, instead make a “bun” on top.
5. Big Carton: We may use carton for delivering huge orders together.

WIPEITOUT is the place where people come with their garments/linens for better cleaning,
fresh smelling and steam pressing. We execute safe and effective dry cleaning that prevents
shrinking and color bleeding of garments & linens.

CUSTOMER Relationship and management:


Customer service is another element of product strategy. Support services are an important
part of the customer’s overall brand experience. A company’s offer usually includes some
support services, which can be a part or a major part of the total offering.
Nowadays Product support services is also known as “Customer care service”. It shows
whether customer is satisfied with our product’s services or not. Company/Business with
better product support services gets more customers. So better the services for the customers
is the best. If customers are not satisfying with the service, then they will not come again for
our product or to our shop.
Our business idea was to open a Laundry shop with a new method of service. As a new start-
up business, we will not be able to know everything about our customer’s need and want or in
which way they want us to serve them. So to know more about their demand, we will take a
feedback of our customers. They will give us this feedback after using our shop. In this
feedback check, there will be questions regarding what they want from us, are they satisfied
with our service, which sector should we upgrade, what our lacking are etc. We will also do
this feedback check via social media. As a new business, our customer number will be low so
we will do this feedback check for 1 month. After getting the results we will be able to know
what our customers demand from us. Then we will shape things of our business to satisfy our
customers. Satisfied customers will surely come back for our services and also they will
notify other potential customers about our business. Thus our customer range will increase
along with the number of satisfied customers.
Secondly, we will provide a membership card of our business for the customers. This
membership card will not be for every customer. Customers will be able to buy a membership
card in exchange of certain amount of money. The limit of membership card will be 20.
Customers who will not have membership card can also get to enjoy some features too. There
will other features like home delivery, notify them via message/email, “take from home”
option where our staffs will collect their laundry from their home etc. For these features they
have to pay money. Also we will take payment through bKash, Rocket, Debit card etc.
Customers are the lifeline of any business. If the customers are happy with the business
system, then that business will be able to stay in the market for long time. So it is very much
important to take care of customers as they please.
Customer Satisfaction
Customer Satisfaction is our highest priority. Considering your busy schedule we remain open 9
am to 8pm (Except shops inside market) to serve you except weekly and govt. holidays.

CONCLUSION
In our opinion, as people are more mobile friendly now a days, app based online laundry service
has a very bright future which needs comparatively low investment but a proper management.
We are very hopeful about our initial idea of our online laundry service which will be first online
based independent laundry service in Bangladesh. If we get chance we are hopeful that we
will be able to develop the idea in more details and will be able to overcome the threats and
competitors and will be able to expand in more area.
If we can drag the plan further we hope to make good profit out of it and making place to our
customer’s heart.
