This is to certify that a Writ Petition under Section 102 of the Constitution of the People’s
Republic of Bangladesh had been filed being Writ Petition No. ____ of 2020 before the
Hon’ble High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh on behalf of (Petitioner)
to pray for (Cause Title). After hearing the matter on (date) a Division Bench of the
Hon’ble High Court Division comprising of Mr. Justice ____ and Mr. Justice ____ were
pleased to issue Rule Nisi in favour of the Petitioner stating (summary of judgment).
Thereafter, the learned lawyer on behalf of the Petitioner filed for an extension of the Rule
and the same was mentioned before the Hon’ble High Court Division on (date) and the
matter is now pending for hearing.
This certificate has been issued in view of the decision reported in 44 DLR passed by the
Hon’ble High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh at page-219.
This is for information of all concerned. A copy of this document is recorded in our offices
