MOTION FOR RESETTING


The undersigned, unto this Honorable Court, most
respectfully files this motion by alleging, that:

1. This case is scheduled for hearing on May 31, 2017 at


8:30 in the morning;

2. However, the undersigned counsel will not be available


on said schedule as he will be in out-of-town to attend some
personal matters;

3. Hence, he is constrained to seek the resetting of the


hearing on May 31, 2017 to another schedule;

4. This motion is filed in good faith and solely on the


ground afore-stated.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully


filed of this Honorable Court that an order be issued
resetting the hearing on May 31, 2017 to another date.

All just and equitable reliefs are likewise prayed.
