Dear Sir

While increasing the share capital by 10,85,80,000, In the year 31-03-2019, a mistake had creeped in
completing the list of shareholders in our records. The shares of INR 1,85,00,000/- were in fact to be
issued in the favour of

USB Infratech Corp. Ltd.: 70,00,000/-

Kuddum Infratech: 1,15,00,000/-

But as the mistake stands noticed on 30-10-2019, we have immediately reported the matter to you to
let your investment in Haryana project for space booking through our company since FY 2011-2012 and
2012-2013 be restored to original position.

You would appreciate the fact that it is difficult to amend the secretarial records retrospectively. Thus
please record such changes w.e.f. 30-10-2019 and kindly return the share certificate purely for its
cancellation in our records. Inconvenience for the same is regretted.
