What is Backstage View ?
Backstage View is a part of Microsoft Office Application where in it is an option that
allows user to manipulate and access the aspects of a file such as creating, opening,
saving it also use to view the information about the newly and recently file including the
size of the file, number of words and pages, date of creation and last modified date ,
moreover it is use for printing and be seen at the near top left of the window.

Quick Access Tool Bar
Located at the upper left screen it allows the user to perform a
various display the most frequently used commands of the Excel.
You can adjust this toolbar based on your chosen commands.

A series of elements and commands options and icons it is a group

This is the header of the spreadsheet located at the top part of the
screen. It displays the name of the application and its file.

Menu Bar
From the term it self, this menu bar presents the menus applicable in
using excel, it is consist of options like file, insert, page, formulas,
data and a search bar.

Formula bar
This option Bar shows and information entered by the user it is used
to insert or edit information formula entered in the active cell. It
shows the value of formula input in the active cell.

Scrollbars
these are the tools it allows the user to mobilize both vertical and
horizontal view. This can be activated by clicking the internal
power of your platform daisy can use the mouse will
automatically scroll up or down or directional keys.

from the word itself it is a working area wherein area or in the user

Me as a college student, Office Applications benefits me in a way that it helps
me to save more time in doing my assignments, Activities and projects moreover
with the use of office Application it helps me to easily manage my time to do

regards of creating, managing, manipulating various types of documents.
