1. That the above mentioned Execution Application is pending before
this Hon’ble court for filing of correct address of the judgment debtor/
Opposite Party.

3. As per the official documents filed by the Judgment Debtor

The documents are annexed as EXHIBIT/ANNEXURE-1.
4. That the registered address mentioned on the official website of the
MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS, GOVERNMENT OF
INDIA and the address given by the Judgment Debtor in the official
documents of their company, respectively, are annexed as
EXHIBIT/ANNEXURE-2, and given below:
I. SCF 13-14, CHAJJU MAJRA ROAD, SECTOR 126,
GREATER MOHALI, PUNJAB, 140301
II. SCO. 1, NEAR COURT COMPLEX, KHARAR, PUNJAB
5. That the complainant has undertaken continuous efforts in finding the
correct address of the Judgment debtor, and it will not be wrong to say
here that the Judgment Debtor has been keeping away since a long
time as the execution proceedings in rest of the cases against the
Judgment Debtor have also been hindered due to non-delivery of the
non-bailable warrants on the correct address.
6. That in the case of Kiranjit Kaur V. M/s K. Soni Builders and
Promoters Pvt. Ltd., EA/329/2018, in CC/99/2017, the Hon’ble
State Commission, UT Chandigarh, taking up six applications
together, stated that the commission has no alternative but to proceed
under the provisions of Section 82, 83 of CrPC, 1973 as all possible
means have already been tried to execute the warrants to the Judgment
Debtor. The copy of the order is annexed as
EXHIBIT/ANNEXURE-3.
7. It is also pertinent to mention here that one of the Directors SH. VED
PRAKASH has been appearing in the other proceedings before the
Hon’ble State Commission, Chandigarh, and therefore, if need be,
must be served at the Hon’ble State Commission, Chandigarh
through The Superintendent of State Commission, Chandigarh. The
copies of the orders are annexed as EXHIBIT/ANNEXURE-4.
8. That the Judgment Debtor/Opposite Party has been concealing himself
or is absconding so as to avoid the execution of warrants and thereby
avoiding the compliance of Hon’ble Court’s order.
It is therefore most respectfully prayed that the addresses given
above by the Decree Holder/Complainant shall be taken into record and
appropriate order may be passed in the interest of Justice.

I, Sanjay Kumar, r/o Flat No. 2757-B, Sector 49, Chandigarh-160047, do
hereby solemnly affirm on oath and state as under:
1. I am the authorized signatory of the application and conversant with
the facts and the circumstances of the present case and hence I am
competent to swear the present affidavit on the basis of the records of
the case pending before this hon’ble Commission.
2. That the accompanying application on behalf of the applicant has been
drafted under my instructions and is based on the records of the case
pending before this Hon’ble Commission, legal aspect contained
therein are true to my information received and believed to be correct.
I have gone through and understood the contents therein. The contents
of the present application may be read as the part of the affidavit as
