Task Sheet Enrolling Learners

This document provides instructions for enrolling learners in an online course. The performance objective is to enroll at least three co-participants as students through the course site's Participants tab. Learners are to access their designated course site, go to the Participants tab, search for and select at least three users to enroll as Students, and allow one co-participant to self-enroll. Learners then submit a performance checklist listing the enrolled students.

TASK SHEET

Title:
Enrolling
Learners
Performance Objective:

Provided with a designated course site, enroll at least three (3) of your co-
participants as students in your course through the Participants tab.
Supplies:

LMS, online course site


Equipment:

Computer, internet connection

1. Go to https://techedfelsm.gnomio.com/ to access your course site.


2. Go to Site home tab on the left side of your course site.
3. Under the Available Courses, click your designated qualification.
4. On the left corner, click the “Participants” tab
5. Click Enroll users on the upper-right corner of the page.
6. Search and select at least three (3) users.
7. For the Assign role, select Students.
8. Enroll the users.
9. Ask a co-participant from another Qualification or Unit of Competency to
enroll to your course.
10. List down the names of the users you have manually enrolled and have
enrolled via Self-enrollment under the Performance Criteria Checklist.
11. Submit the Performance Criteria Checklist with the link, and screenshots
of your work in the Submission Bin area of the Task Sheet in TOP.
