Breakfast For Tomorrow Program To All Children Age 18 and Under

The Northside Independent School District is providing free hot lunches and breakfasts to all children aged 18 and under from July 6th to July 31st. Meals can be picked up Monday through Friday between 11am and 1pm in the bus loop areas of 16 schools. Parents or guardians must show proof that their children are enrolled in school, such as a student ID or report card, but the children do not need to be students of NISD. Food will be placed in vehicle trunks to maintain social distancing during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Dear Parent / Guardian:

When school is out… children are still hungry!


Northside ISD is meeting a child’s nutritional needs by offering a Hot Lunch &
Breakfast for Tomorrow Program to All Children age 18 and under.

Process: Meals will be provided in each school’s bus loop. Students do not have
to be present to pick up but parents/guardian must show an official letter/email
from school listing children enrolled, individual student report card per child,
attendance records from school, birth certificate, or student ID card per child.
The child does not have to be an NISD student. Food will be placed in the
vehicle’s trunk in order to honor social distancing.
