company is having the major market share in share in the writing Instrument industry but if it has
to be successful in future and remain or even grow more it has to focus on these areas also
It is using various technologies but the common man is not knowing about it, could be due to
information gap ie. the company is not giving the proper information to him/her. This is another
area where the company has to concentrate on. The technologies which the company is using are:
