MANIFESTATION

COMES NOW, the petitioner, assisted by the undersigned


counsel, unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully avers,
that:

On January 31, 2017, petitioner received an Order, hereto


attached as Annex “A”, of this Honorable Court dated January 25,
2017 ordering petitioner to inform this Honorable Court within
five days from receipt of the Order of the following:

1. the complete address of the registered owner and his/her


spouse (if married), if he/she or both are still living;

2. the names and addresses of the heirs, if the registered


owner is already dead;

3. the names of the actual occupants of the subject property


and the reason why they are in occupation;

4. the owners of the neighboring lands;

5. the Purok Leader; and

6. the Barangay Captain.

Petitioner, in compliance of the aforementioned Order,


submits the following information, to wit:

a. The heirs of the registered owner QUINAYABAN TADI are


ARSENIO TADI, a resident of Purok 5 New Mabuhay,
Mesaoy, New Corella, Davao del Norte; ROMIE TADE, a
resident of 921 Union Village, Barangay Mankilam, Tagum
City, Davao del Norte, and HELEN TADI-CUEME
(deceased);

b. The occupants of the subject property are spouses


DANILO and GEMMA LADROMA, parents of Jaylo Ladroma,
the petitioner, who bought the property from the heirs of
Quinayaban Tadi;

c. The owners of the neighboring lands are EMILIANO


PUBLICO, a resident of Purok 3 New Bohol, New Corella,

Davao del Norte, and EDWIN COJATANO, a resident of


Purok 6 New Bohol, New Corella, Davao del Norte;

d. The Purok Leader of the place where the subject property


is situated is Cerelo Cuñado of Purok 3 New Bohol, New
Corella; and

e. The Punong Barangay of New Bohol, New Corella is


VICTOR LIGORPA, a resident of Purok 6 New Bohol, New
Corella, Davao del Norte.
