MOTION TO REDUCE BAIL


Accused, unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully states:

1. I am the accused in the above-mentioned case.

2. The violation I allegedly committed is a bailable offense.

3. The Honorable Court has fixed the bail bond for my provisional
release at ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P100,000.00).

4. I am living with my children and is at present working as a


sales person of a. The present pandemic has affected my work and limited
my income.

5. I have a valid and meritorious defense and have no intent


whatsoever to jump bail. I likewise have never been convicted of any other
crime during my lifetime.

6. I respectfully pray to be granted provisional liberty as my


incarceration in the will be detrimental to my current health condition.

7. As such, I most respectfully pray unto the Honorable Court to


allow me to Post Bail in the above-mentioned case.

8. Likewise, considering that I have very limited source of


income, it is respectfully prayed unto the Honorable Court that the bail bond
on the above-mentioned case be reduced to FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS
(P50,000.00).

9. It is further prayed that I be allowed to post bail and the bail


bond to be posted by me be admitted.
RELIEF

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed of this Honorable


Court that the bail bond in the above-mentioned case be reduced from
P100,000.00 to FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P50,000.00).

FURTHERMORE, it is most respectfully prayed that I be allowed to


post bail and the bail bond to be posted by me be admitted.

Other equitable reliefs are likewise prayed for.
