Alnadi is committed and shows respect for school-based authority. She is enthusiastic about working
with school staff and supporting activities at school.

Comments:
Although we do not have a lesson plan for lessons this semester, she has shown a keen interest in
completing one. She followed the Moe guidelines of lesson outcomes in preparing for her lessons. She
has planned for activities that could be exciting in the class however online teaching puts restraints on
the type of activities that are feasible to do.

Comments:
Teaching online to KG is a difficult task but Alnadi made sure to remind students about classroom
rules, and to mute their mic when she was teaching. Sometimes for better management, mute the
class when they are noisy.
Next steps: Try to be stronger with your voice. Children must feel your presence.

Alnadi ensured that the students were involved through questions. The students were involved and
excited. Song videos and talking moments were included.
