1. Severity 1 : Untidy area, Minor issues, Sets poor examples.
2. Severity 2 : Restricted access, Unaccepted trash, Disorderliness.
3. Severity 3 : Violation of Rules / Procedure, Potential to injury.
4. Severity 4 : Unsafe conditions, Serious injury potential.
5. Severity 5 : Fatality potential, Immediate serious injury potential

B. Disciplinary Action

Second Time Written Warning to adhere safety Rules
Severity 1 Third Time One Day Suspension / Fine of Rs. 100/-
Fourth Time Three Days Suspension / Fine of Rs. 500/-
Fifth Time Termination from Job / Fine of Rs. 2000/-
First Time Written Warning to adhere safety Rules
Severity 2 Second Time One Day Suspension / Fine of Rs. 200/-
Severity 3 Third Time Three Days Suspension / Fine of Rs. 600/-
Fourth Time Termination from Job / Fine of Rs. 2500/-
First Time Written Warning to adhere safety Rules
Severity 4 Second Time Three Days Suspension / Fine of Rs. 1000/-
