founded in 1992 and has played a vital role in helping
operators and vendors to build thousands of telecom

One of the most important reasons for MAFI´s success as a supplier of telecom
steelwork solutions is that we listen to you, our customer. We keep a close ear to all
of our markets and provide you with smart and efficient solutions that save time and
money. Our solutions are now used worldwide, from China in the east to the US in the
west.

Since fast delivery in large volumes is another key customer requirement in many
markets, we are actually producing an increasing number of them locally, close to our
customers. And to speed things up even further, we are in the process switching our
production method for some products to sheet metal forming. This will mean that we
can move faster from an idea to simulation to prototype to testing to production. Once
we’ve made one tool for a product, we can duplicate it and let trusted sub-contractors
produce them, faster, better and wherever they are in demand.

This is just one of many examples why MAFI is always one step ahead of the
competition. Two years ago we became a CE-Certified organisation – the first telecom
steelwork kit specialist in the world to do so - meaning that our kits comply with EN
1090-1 standards to Execution Class 2.

At the beginning of 2016 all our products have been revised and, where needed,
redesigned according to the new standards. While going through these profound
processes we have still kept focus on our core business - developing new and better
solutions. Our latest additions are the 3600 series (offsets for heavier loads) and the 4600
series (flexible freestanders).

MAFI is a CE (Conformité Européenne) certified organisation,
which means that our kits comply with ISO EN 1090-1 and
ISO EN 1090-2 standards to Execution Class 2.

During the product development process, every component

is designed and optimised using Finite Element Analysis
techniques. Prototypes are then physically tested and refined
in our laboratory.

Every design follows these guidelines:

One-direction Offset Family MAFI 3272

Designed to allow an equipment pole to be offset from a parent pole
or tower leg.

Flexibility
The 3263, 3265 and 3273 brackets can be mounted on any vertical round
member from Ø25mm to Ø169mm. and also on vertical angle sections. The
offset pole can be Ø60.3mm, Ø76.1mm or up to Ø114.3mm. The 3273 provide
a maximum c/c offset of 230mm and the 3263 and 3265 provide a maximum c/c
offset of 420mm. The 3272 fits round members from Ø48mm to Ø193mm and
provides a maximum offset of 800mm. The 3272 incorporates a double clamp
to cope with the high torque loads imposed by antennas at a large offset.

Symmetric Offset Family

Designed to provide support for two similar antennas offset symmetrically from
a central parent pole. A third antenna may be mounted on the parent pole.

Flexibility
Fits any round member from Ø76 to Ø169mm. The offset poles can be
Ø60.3 or Ø76.1mm and may be specified in any length. The 3268 gives
a c/c distance between the outer antennas of 800mm, and the 3270 gives
a c/c distance between the outer antennas of 1700mm.

MAFI 3615
Flexibility
The 3611/3612 can be mounted on any round member from Ø60mm to
Ø139mm as well as equal-angle or square section members from 60 x 60mm
to 120 x 120mm, while the 3614/3615 can be mounted on any round member
from Ø139mm to Ø245mm as well as equal-angle or square section members

Flexibility
The structure is designed to support equipment-carrying tubes using ballast as
counter weight. This provides mounting oportunity without penetrating
weatherproofing layers on rooftops. Adjustable ballast-carrying cross beams make it
