Re: AUTHORITY TO REPRESENT

Dear For. Rostata:

This is in reference to the Notice of Meeting by the Northern Negros


Natural Park – Protected Area Management Board (NNNP-PAMB), scheduled on
November 28, 2019, 10:00 AM, at the Planta Hotel and Residences, Bacolod
City, Negros Occidental.

Relative thereto, I designate, HON. ANDREW L. MONTELIBANO, Board


Member of the 3rd district of Negros Occidental, to be my authorized
representative to exercise any and all powers, authority, functions and acts
necessary and/or incidental as member of the PAMB-NNNP, as if done by me if
personally present, including but not limited to the following:

1. Attend and participate in the meetings and other activities of PAMB-


NNNP;

2. Cast vote and participate in any decisions relative to the function as


PAMB-NNNP member; and

3. Sign and submit documents/papers and perform any act, deed, or


thing whatsoever required and necessary and/or incidental to be done
relative to the function as PAMB-NNP member.

Finally, this authorization takes effect immediately and will subsist until
revoked.
