minutes of meetings
dated 17-07-2017 and
18-07-2017

17-07-2017:
i) VAI will provide a
letter of comfort to
Auto Kashyap
ii) VAI clarified that
marketing support
was given to Auto
Kashyap for Q1 of 2017
but not in Q2 of 2017.
iii) VAI as a consistent
policy to all the
dealers does not
invoice cars on cash
and carry which is
against customer
service.
iv) next meeting on
18-07-2017
18-07-2017:
Mutual agreements
were made between
the parties in order to
initiate the business
till the termination
date of 27th Dec, 2017.
28-07-2017:
Clause A:
i)Revised Sales plan by
Auto Kashyap.
ii) overdue on account
of Demo Cars will be
cleared by Auto
Kashyap by 10/08/2017

Clause B:
i) VAI website will
include auto
Kashyap’s name as
Dealer till 27th Dec
2017
ii) Prorata Budget for
marketing Activity
will be allocated to
Auto Kashyap
iii) advertisement of
VAI will include Auto
Kashyap details.

Clause C:
Volvo may make
appropriate
instruction to the
SCANDIA MOTORS
in case allegations
proved true.

Clause D:
VAI and Auto Kashyap
will adjust their
mutual rights and
obligations according
to the Dealer
Agreement up to
December 27, 2017.
