Job Description
1. JOB PURPOSE: Managing Sales & Marketing activities of given territory / branch.
2. JOB BRIEF: To manage sales and marketing activities of the branches, maintaining existing clients and
developing new customer base for given branch/territory.
3. ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1 Achieving Sales Targets Achieving sales targets for the branch through New
Client Acquisition and Retaining existing customers.
Drive sales initiatives
2 Sales & Marketing Interventions Executing Marketing and promotional activities designed
by Central Marketing Team.
3 CRM /Reports Update Strictly maintain all the data in CRM and update the same
from time to time.
Maintaining DSR and updating the required data.
Analyzing Sales Reports for improving performance .
4 Customer Relationship Management Building Strategic Relationships with Customer.
Visiting Customers & Meeting them on agreed frequency.
Understanding Problems of the Customer & Solving
them.
Regularly Coordinating with Customer pertaining to their
requirements.
Sending quotation and samples to customers and follow
up for the orders.
5 Business Development Will be responsible for business development,
approaching new corporates and channel partners for
tie-up for travel related services
6 Co coordinating with teams Coordinate and align with the global travel teams
initiatives, policies and other supplier negotiations
(Airlines/Car rentals/Hotels)
