CONSTRUCTION FEATURES

º Load-bearing structure and panels in galvanised and RAL 9018 painted sheet metal; galvanised steel sheet metal base
º The structure consists of two sec ons:
• technical compartment that houses the compressors, the electrical panel and the main components of the cooling circuit
• aeraulic circuit dedicated to housing the heat exchanger coils and electric fans
º Herme c, Scroll-type rotary compressors complete with internal circuit breaker protec on and crankcase resistance automa cally ac vated when
the unit stops (as long as the unit is powered)
º Adequately insulated, braze-welded plate water side heat exchange made of stainless steel
º Air side exchanger composed of coil with copper pipes and aluminium ns
º Electric helical fans with external rotor, supplied with internal circuit breaker protec on and complete with protec on mesh
º Propor onal electronic device (FI10) for pressure and con nuous adjustment of the fan rota on speed, down to a minimum outdoor air
temperature of -10°C when opera ng as a chiller, and up to a maximum outdoor air temperature of 40°C when opera ng as a heat pump
º Victaulic-type hydraulic connec ons
º Di eren al pressure switch that protect the unit from any water ow interrup ons
º Cooling circuit made with annealed copper pipes (EN 12735-1-2) equipped with: dryer lter cartridge, load connec ons, high pressure side
manual reset safety pressure switch, LP and HP pressure transducer, safety valve(s), valve upstream of the lter, liquid indicator, intake line
isola on, thermosta c or electronic expansion valve (op onal), cycle inversion and liquid receiver valve, check valves, compressor intake gas
separator and solenoid valve on the liquid line

• regula on and management of the set points for unit outlet water temperature; cycle inversion; safety mer delays; circula ng pump;
compressor and system pump hour-run meter; defrost cycles; electronic an freeze protec on with automa c ac va on when the machine is
switched o ; and the func ons which control the opera on of the individual parts making up the machine
• complete protec on of the unit, possible shutdown and display of all the triggered alarms
• compressor protec on phase sequence monitor
• unit protec on against low or high phase power supply voltage (CMT accessory)
• visual indica on of the programmed set points on the display; of the in/out water temperature via the display; of the condensa on and
evapora on pressures, of the alarms via the display; and of chiller/heat-pump opera ng mode via display
• user interface menu
• automa c pump opera ng me balance (DP1-DP2, ASDP1- ASDP2 installa ons)
