B.) Basic Price(11th Floor & ABOVE) : Rs 5,000/- PSF

C.) PLC:
Internal Park Facing PLC : Rs. 150/- PSF
Shaheed Bhagat Singh Park PLC : Rs. 75/- PSF

D.) Possession Charges(PC):


1. IFMS : Rs. 35/- PSF
2. Lease Rental : Rs. 100/- PSF
3. Dual Meter : Rs. 25,000

SPECIAL PAYMENT PLAN(30:40:30)


1. Booking Amount(B.A.) : Rs. 1 Lakh

2. Within 10 Days of Booking : 10% - B.A.


3. Within 45 Days of Booking : 20%


4. Completion of Top Floor Slab : 40%


5. Offer of Possession : 30% + Possession Charges


Terms & Conditions:


- Area mentioned is Super Built Up area which includes Covered Areas plus proportionate common
areas, common lift facilities, mumpties etc
- Registration, Stamp Duty, TDS & GST and all other government taxes and charges will be charged as
extra as per actuals
- Prices are subject to change without any prior notice at sole discretion of the company
- Additional Power Backup @ Rs 25,000/KVA will be charged extra
