 Reflection at End of Term:
I think I have grown leaps and bounds in classroom management since my first week. I started off
worried about the student’s opinions of me but as the semester went on that changed, I changed
the mentality I had, and they knew I wanted respect. This is definitely an area I will continue to
grow in however, I am proud of how far I have come.
