SALES and MARKETING PLAN

This chapter presents the sales and marketing plan of Min-Aesthetic PHCo. Each section

is appropriately construct for the better comprehension of the readers.

Marketing is the process of getting consumers interested in your company’s product or

service. It is necessary in all stages of a business’s selling journey. This happens through market

research, analysis, and a solid understanding of your ideal consumer’s wants and needs.

Marketing pertains to all aspects of a business, including product development, distribution

methods, sales, and advertising (Forsey, 2018). When the businesses are putting together a

marketing program for its business, the company must concentrate on the basics, the four key

component of any marketing plan: Products and Services, Promoting, Distribution, and Pricing

(Ward,2018). These will help the company to generate more sales which lead to a great profit.

Using the Marketing Analysis, the marketing plan has already a foundation in identifying the

market in terms of demographic information and capacity of spending money and creating

strategies and tactics to improve the company’s product/ service.

Target Market

We can identify the target market by demographically, like:

 Gender: Both male and female

 Income level: Low, middle and higher class people

Resinance is an aesthetic home design or accessory created from dominant


product called ‘Resin’. It is preserving esthetical and sentimental objects filled with
pastel pigments, sprinkled with tiny glitters and molded with the touch of love and care to
not only catch the eyes but also the hearts of the customers. Unlike with other businesses,
this product is not only invites customers to have aesthetic belongings but to make their
homes warmer and preserving their timeless memory than ever before. For Min-Aesthetic
PHCo. believes that the things may fade, but its memories last.

Pricing Strategy

Sales and Distribution

The Min-Aesthetic PHCo. is located at Warehouse Corrales Avenue. Moreover,

even though that it is has its own shop, it is also available online. Therefore, it could

accommodate large number of customers. This company is a Business to Costumer

distribution type where the product will direct to the end users. The company aims in the

near future to multiply its branches so the consumers can access the products easily.
Advertising and Promotion

Min-Aesthetic PHCo. uses the three types of advertising in promoting their

product. The first one is Social Media Advertising. This advertisement composes of two

types of media which are Video Presentation and Posters. In this media, the company will

show how their product prepares and what the ingredients of it. The company will also

convey how their product is different from others. They will put also some entertainment

to amuse the market while watching the advertisement. In this type of advertisement, the

company will use the sense of sight and hearing of the market to convince them. Also, the

company will create its Facebook page where they can easily communicate its customer.

Using social media account, the company may upload their different medias so there are

more customers will notice the advertisement. Using social media also, the company will

get a feedback from the customer about the company and their product. The second one is

Loyalty Program. It is where the company gives discount for those customers who are

purchasing their products more than once. It is serves as an incentive for being loyal to

the company. It is one of the ways also to build relationship with the customers. Lastly, is

the Freebies. It is more like Loyalty Program but the qualification of it are those

supporters who are always updated in the Company’s events and sales.
