1) Sunteck Realty reported strong growth in pre-sales and collections in Q3 FY2019. Pre-sales grew 199% YoY to Rs. 3,106 million while collections grew 52% YoY to Rs. 1,529 million. 2) For 9M FY2019, pre-sales grew 127% YoY to Rs. 9,133 million and collections grew 21% YoY to Rs. 4,544 million. 3) While revenue from operations declined slightly by 3% YoY to Rs. 1,947 million in Q3 FY2019, EBITDA and net profit declined by 9% and 16% YoY respectively.
