Ube Turon w/ Cheese

The product is made of Ube Kalamay / jam made from camote/sweet potato that was
boiled, peeled then smashed. Fried it with Margarine and Ube Condensed milk then wrapped into
the lumpia wrapper with cheese at the top. Finally Deep fried it into a frying pan and serve hot.

Its not only delicious but its also highly nutritious and has many benefits for the body.
Sweet potatoes are starchy root vegetables that are rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals. They’re
also high in antioxidants that protect your body from free radical damage and chronic disease.
