Orientation Instructions

Dear Campus Ambassadors

The purpose of the orientation program is to introduce students of your college with
e-Yantra and its initiatives (such as eYRC, eYIC etc). Due to the currently prevailing
CoVID-19 pandemic, an on-campus orientation cannot be held. Hence the
orientation needs to be held virtually through an online video conferencing session.

The modalities for the orientation event are given below:


● Orientation will be conducted via Google Meet. The Meet Link for the event
will be provided by e-Yantra.
● Time duration: Ideally between 30 minutes to 1 hour
● To be organized in the month of August.
● Orientation event should be attended by at least 40 students
● Please use the “e-Yantra Orientation” PPT for organizing the event. (Note:
This PPT is for your reference. You can make changes to the PPT as
required.)
● e-Yantra may provide access to any videos you might want to show during the
orientation. Please message us on Discord for that.
● Since there may be multiple campus ambassadors from some colleges, it is
recommended that they collaborate with each other to organize the orientation
for organizing the event.
● Record the meeting while conducting the orientation.
