Intellectual Integrity:

Let’s say there is a very Critical decision to be made which impacts strategy, however every
path comes with a tradeoff, to make decision in those critical time, there is a need of
Intellectual Integrity, this quality is important such that it powers decisions based on
prioritizing and deduce the rationale behind it with a lot of uncertainties in the path.

A leader with the Intellectual integrity, clears off everything in the path and helps the firm
see the long-term goal, and not get affected by the short-term setbacks.

The Integrated Cascade of Strategic Choices:

This defines the winning aspirations, playing field, the markets, the capabilities, the required
management system. A leader should identify these much before and make an explicit
choice of developing them beforehand. This framework really helps the team across the
countries deploy their ideas without having to doubt themselves about doing the right
thing.
