To identify online and open an account on the app,
customers just need to do the following steps:
Step 1: Check information on ID (ID card / ID card /
Passport) through interaction with MB automatic switchboard
Step 2: Read the random PIN
Step 3: Rotate the faces according to the instructions
SMS customers open accounts with the following syntax:
NCB IZI <ID number> <HOVATEN> and send to 8149. After
that, customers log into NCB iziMobile application with the
username and password provided via SMS to Start eKYC:
Take photo of identity card and confirm information; Signed
for certification; Video call; NCB validates the information
and activates the account.
When customers log in to Sacombank Pay, choose
"Authenticate Now" in "Card and Account Management" and
perform "Online Authentication" by entering personal
information, taking photo of identity card / citizen
identification. and perform facial movements to match
identity.

Download the app. Enter phone number, Take 2-sided ID /
CCCD to verify identity documents,
Verify identity online by rotating the corners of the face
Finally, complete the account registration by entering your
email, username and setting up a password for your account.

Download Viet Capital Mobile banking app on the App Store
or Google Play and perform the following operations: take a
photo of identity documents (identity card), take a photo of
face directly for identification, then wait for confirmation by a
message about your account number and password to login.
