Chapter One – Introduction.
Introduce the SIWES programme, the aim and its importance. And briefly introduce the company
where you worked.
Chapter Two:
Talk about your SIWES workplace, about the company, vision, mission statement, relevant policies,
etc. Organizational Structure, Service Rendered, Type of Clients, etc.
Chapter Three:
What you were responsible for in your company, and the things you participated in throughout your
stay. (You may add pictures of yourself at your office desk, duty post, or within teams, etc)
Chapter Four:
This is where you talk extensively about the concepts you were introduced to. This is where you state
the technical things that you learnt, using diagrams, or program codes where applicable.
The last sub-topic in your chapter four should be the challenges you faced during your IT.

4. Objects of reports
Visible objects are accepted in your report. These may include diagrams, figures, charts, graphs,
pictures, and drawings. But while the reports and the diagrams may be on the same page, they shall
not be placed side by side with reports (report can be on top, object placed under report). Well labeled
diagram enhance your work and promote readability.
