7. Central Mixed Concrete


a) Operated as recommanded by the manufacturer
b) Washout water procedures
c) All materials introduced to the mixer in an acceptable
manner
d) Mixer uniformity test report and mark plate
e) Mixer cleanliness
f) Mixer paddle or paddle adjustment
g) Workability maintained within tolrance
h) Temperature maintained withintolrance

8. Truck Mixed Concrete


a) Truck mixer performance
b) Truck mixer blades within manufacturer tolerance

c) TM mixing for a min. of 60 revolutions of the drum at a


rate of ≥ 7 rev/min
d) Liquid admixture added after the wateris added
e) Workability maintained within tolerance
f) Temperature maintained withintolrance

9. Materials and Materials Storage


a) Cement materal storage & discharge
b) Cement material contamination prevention
c) Cement Material silo filters
d) Aggregate storage and marking
e) Water quality requirements
f) Admicture tanks clearly labelled
g) Documentation & physcial evidance shall be available
that sources of materials being used are as per the
approved concrete mix desigh list
