Security Features

The LOCK Security Application Program included on the


flash drive provides password protection and security of
the data stored on the Toshiba USB Flash Drive. For
specific instructions, please refer to the detailed LOCK
manual located on your Toshiba Flash Drive.

To view or print out the user manual (*.pdf), Adobe®


Reader® must first be installed. This program can be
downloaded free of charge at adobe.com.

CAUTION: Configuring the Public/Private Zones with the


LOCK security application will result in loss of all data on
your Toshiba Flash Drive. Before proceeding, please back
up any important information stored on your Toshiba Flash
Microsoft® Windows® XP, Windows Vista® and Windows® 7 Drive. Run the LOCK security application provided on
your USB drive to enable the security features.

The Lock Security Application Program may not work


with Windows ReadyBoost depending on your
applications.
