Mercy Appeal for Job Reinstatement

Subject: MERCY APPEAL.

Dear Sir,

With due respect and humble submission, it is stated that I am the bonafide
employee of your esteemed organization, working in the position of HSE Officer at SITE
Recycle World Jeddah since 2014 to 2020(March).

Sir, according to the rules and regulation of your esteemed organization, I have
availed the annual vacation for 1 ½ Month i.e. from 6 th March-2020 to 24th April-2020 and
departed for my native town in Pakistan.

Sir, as you know that due to COVID-19, all the International Flights was
stopped, during this bad batch my Iqamah was expired on 16-09-2020. Due to the mentioned
reason I was unable to proceed for the Saudi Arabia.

Sir, then I contacted via whatsapp to Mr. Abdullah Amoudhi(HR Personnel), he


said to me that I check your status then I will send you the facts about your employment.

Sir, 3 months was passed from the date of 16-09-2020, but Abdullah
Amoudhi(HR Personnel) failed to arranged the same. Now he is not replying to me and only
said that I am not your responsible for the same.

Then, I contacted the GM of the company Mr. Majdi Albani. He messaged me on


whatsapp that he had fired me from the company. But he did not sent me any legal letter or
notice according to the company’s rules and regulations.

Sir, 9 months have been passed and I am still jobless here in my native Town at
Pakistan due to COVID-19 Sever situation and facing hardship due to finance and lively hood
of daily life for my huge family.

Sir, in view of the mentioned texted facts hereinabove, it is earnestly


requested and appealed to your kind honor that I may please be arranged my job in your
company enable me to support my huge family.

May I express my hope that your gracious honor will treat this humble request
with bounteous contemplation?

I shall be very thankful to you for this act of kindness.
