I- INTRODUCTION:
As far as we can discern, the sole purpose of human existence is to kindle the
light in the darkness of mere being.
God made instruments to light human’s journey and to give meaning to those
talents, so schools and teachers exist. Their work is noble and grand. The
youngsters are mold with careful hands. Youth who are in the coming years will be
the pillars of democracy.
The Barobo National High School created Sining Barobo. It compose different
clubs which open great opportunity to the students who has different field of
specialization. One of the clubs is the “Buena Bailarines Dance Troupe” which
comes from Spanish word Good Dancer. The club aims to give opportunity to those
potential and skillful students. Its main purpose is to expand knowledge, enhance
skills and develop good attitude for every learner and prepare them to be the best.
The dances taught in this club are the social dances such as, American Rhythm/
Standard, Latin Dances, and etc.
This mid- year accomplishment report shows how far the Buena Bailarines
Dance Troupe standing still, continue to follow and achieve the vision of the school
which enable the learners to realize their full potential and contribute meaningfully to
building the nation.

MONTH ACTIVITIES
June 2018 - Prepared plans for the whole year training.
- Met the old members of the club for the scheduling of
audition/ training, and reviewed the rules and or
agreement of the club.
- Conducted room to room announcement for the
audition/ screening.
- Presented the basic steps of the dance and guidelines
of the club to the aspirants.
July 2018 - Selected the official members of the club.
- Selected the Club Officers.
- Presented the Rules/ Agreement of the club. Signed
and agreed by the body.
- Conducted training/ practice for the presentation for the
Town Fiesta.
- Presented Latin dance during the Ms. Mother of Mercy
2018
- Conducted practice/ training for the selected couples/
members for the dancesports competition, latin and
standard disciplined.
August 2018 - Presented latin dance during the 18th Integrative
Celebrations and Acquaintance Party 2018
- Conducted practice for the presentation for Municipal
Meet
- Presented Cha- Cha- Cha during the Municipal Meet
- There were 4 members of the club joined the Municipal
Meet Dancesports completion both latin and standard
discipline.
- The said members won 2nd place both latin and
standard discipline.
- The latin couple won “Best in Rumba” during the
Municipal Meet.
- The members of the club acted as working committees
during the Municipal Meet Dancesports Competition
- Conducted 2nd round audition/ screening and selected
potential students.
September 2018 - Joined the Unit 5 Selection of Athletes Dancesports
completion and won 2nd place both Latin and Standard
discipline.
- Qualified to join Provincial Athletic Meet for
dancesports completion both Latin and Standard.
- The latin couple won “Best in Rumba” and the
Standard couple won “Best in Tango”.
- Conducted practice for the PAM qualifiers.
October 2018 - Conducted workshop/ training in preparation for the
58th Araw ng Barobo.
- Presented Contemporary Dance during the Daraga
sing Barobo 2018, 58th Araw ng Barobo.
